Conditionally, the design can be divided into three main stages:
STAP 1
PREPRODUCT
The general technical task is formed, pre-design studies are carried out to create a general concept of the future object of architecture, and the following types of work are usually carried out:
- concept creation (pre-project);
- preparation of all documents to start the design (land, real estate, etc.);
- obtaining technical specifications for connection to external networks, power supply, water supply and sewerage, telephony, etc.;
- engineering and geodesic surveys;
- engineering-geological surveys.

STAP 2
PROJECT

The given stage is the longest and responsible, after all on it all principal decisions on the future building are accepted.
STAP 3
